After obtaining my Master’s Degree in Economics, I worked for more than fifteen years as a marketing and sales professional in one of the top global companies - Nestlé. Today I coach individuals and teams at international organisations. My wide experience in a multinational company has proven to be of great value as it helps me to deeply understand various business contexts and also to align organisational expectations. 

I have had the benefit of living in several countries and of working in a variety of international multilingual environments. These experiences have instilled in me a deep understanding of the global leadership challenges and opportunities that arise within disruptive, cross-cultural and transitional business contexts.

The core focus of my coaching is to empower you to unlock your potential, tap into your own resources in order to reach your goals, and finally to become more successful, more balanced and more personally satisfied. My goal is to lead you from where you are to where you want to go, both professionally and personally.

Because I speak 5 languages fluently, I am able to communicate in my clients’ native languages. This allows me to work closely and intimately with individuals from a full spectrum of cultures.

For the past five years, I have also had the privilege of serving as a trainer and supervisor at the prestigious Institut De Coaching school in Geneva.

Coaching is both a profession and a personal passion for me. I am inspired by watching as my clients gain insight, unlock their true potential and make a lasting impact in every interaction they engage in.
